1. Seafood quick freezing.
Liquid nitrogen freezers are mostly used in seafood quick freezing, like fish, shrimp, crab, squid, oyster, etc. Quick freezing cause less drip loss, and does no damage to the cells. The frozen fish can even come back to alive.

2. Poultry
Poultry factories usually have a huge production, traditional freezer use long time for freezing the products, the efficience is very low. By using liquid nitrogen freezer, the freezing time is much less, and can do up to 50 tons per days.
3. Fruits and vegetable
Fruits like durian, strawberry, mango and other seasonal fruits and vegetables need to be frozen immidiately after harvest, requires large freezing capacity and also quick freezing rate.
4. Cooked products, and french fries and ready meals.
