Vietnam seafood processor using our cryogenic freezer for shrimp

We installed two liquid nitrogen tunnel freezers in Vietnam earlier this month, the freezers now fully running for shrimp quick freezing, you can see the freezing speed is very quick and shrimp after frozen looks beautiful.
1. Ultra low freezing temperature
Liquid nitrogen freezer has the freezing temperature down to -150C, for seafood products, we set the freezing temperature between -90C to -110 C according to the weight, size and core temperature requirements of seafood.
2. Low drip loss and preserve the texture
Fish like tuna, kingfish mostly served as sashimi, freshness is the key. Tuna processors spend much money on freezing and transport the fish. Now by using liquid nitrogen freezing, you can have the frozen fish as fresh as chilled ones, saves a lot of money and preserve the original taste and flavor.

3. Energy saving and cost effective
Espacially for lobster, shrimp, tuna and other seasonal products, we need to process them as soon as possible. instead of using hours, liquid nitrogen freezer can process the fish, shrimp only in few minutes, enable you to make big quantity in short time. No compressored unit, saves lot of power consumption.
4. Safe and environment friendly
Liquid nitrogen is totally green, comes from air meet the HSE requirement and no pollution at all, the set up is also much easier than mechanical freezer.
