Cryogenic technology makes frozen fish taste like fresh ones.


Fish like tuna, kingfish mostly served as sashimi, freshness is the key. Tuna processors spend much money on freezing and transport the fish. Our client in Australia used to export the kingfish in chilled, which cost a lot of money on the air freight.  Now by using liquid nitrogen freezing, you can have the frozen fish as fresh as chilled ones.
In march, we installed a 1000kg cabinet freezer in Adelaide, Australia. The cabinet freezer has 4 trolleys, suitable for whole fish and fish fillet processing. 





-90C freezing temperature, the whole fish average 6 kg each, can be frozen to -40 C core temperature in 50 minutes. The frozen fish looks very beautiful and no damage to the texture.
